Job Description

General Manager - Logistics & TransportKey Responsibilities:- Will oversees end-to-end freight operations, fleet management, and logistics strategy.- Fleet & Transport Operations: Manage the daily dispatch, maintenance, and routing of the transport fleet.- Monitor telematics and vehicle utilization to reduce downtime and fuel consumption.- Supply Chain Integration: Align transport schedules with procurement, warehousing, and sales to maintain a smooth flow of goods.- Implement supply chain best practices to reduce bottlenecks and lead times.- Financial Oversight: Hold complete P&L responsibility for the transport division.
