Guest Relations Executive

Job Description

A Guest Relation Executive in a brewery, taproom, or microbrewery welcomes visitors, manages tasting tours and table reservations, resolves complaints, and promotes craft beer selections to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Guest Reception: Greet visitors warmly at the entrance or taproom, create a welcoming vibe, and manage walk-ins or seating.
• Reservations & Tours: Handle table bookings and coordinate brewery tasting tours or private events.
• Beer & Menu Guidance: Share basic knowledge of on-tap craft beers, seasonal brews, and food pairings to assist patrons.
• Feedback & Complaints: Listen to guest issues, solve complaints quickly, and report major concerns to management.
• Event Coordination: Help plan and run taproom events, live music nights, or brand launch parties.
