Job Description

    You are a proactive and customer-oriented Helpdesk Support Specialist joining our team in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operation across systems and devices. Your role demands excellent communication skills, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users. Additionally, you will log and manage support tickets in the helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-ups. You will also assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems while maintaining accurate records of support activities, resolutions, and technical procedures.As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will manage the inventory of all IT assets and provide exceptional support and assistance via email, phone, or in person, ensuring a positive user experience. Collaboration with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively is also a key aspect of your role. You will continuously monitor systems and networks to identify potential issues and report anomalies.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with a basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP) and familiarity with helpdesk ticketing tools and remote desktop support.Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively are essential soft skills for this position. A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role is preferred.,
