Company DescriptionIPG Photonics India Private Limited is the 100% owned Subsidiary of the IPG Photonics group the world largest fiber Laser manufacturers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a High Power Laser Service Engineer for West Location. The High Power Laser Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of high-power laser systems. The High Power Laser Service Engineer will also work closely on operational, administrative level and support to sales team providing technical support and customer training.Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Physics Engineering Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in field service of capital equipment, preferably in the laser or photonics industry Strong understanding of optics, lasers, electronics, and mechanical systems Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and repair of complex systems and equipment Experience in. customer support and excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in using electronic and mechanical tools for testing and diagnostics Proficiency in English and Hindi, other languages would be a plus Willingness to travel domestically and internationally,
