    Position: Arabic Shawarma & Grill CookAge: 19-35 YearsExperience: 0- 6 YearsIndustry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage / Restaurant IndustryFunctional Area: Kitchen Operations / Grill & Shawarma SectionLocation: Europe & GulfWe are looking for a skilled Arabic Shawarma & Grill Cook with hands-on experience in preparing authentic Middle Eastern shawarma and grill items. The role requires maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, portion control, and timely service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and operate shawarma machines for chicken, beef, and lamb
    • Marinate meats using traditional Arabic spice blends and standard recipes
    • Prepare and grill items such as kebabs, kofta, shish tawook, and mixed grills
    • Slice and serve shawarma as per portion and presentation standards
    • Prepare accompaniments including garlic sauce (toum), tahini, hummus, and salads
    • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are followed at all times
    • Maintain cleanliness of shawarma and grill stations and related equipment
    • Monitor stock levels of meat, marinades, and grill supplies
    • Minimize food wastage and follow portion control practices
    • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
