Job Description

    You should be well versed, experienced, and responsible for creating and maintaining employee data, updating and maintaining company policies, handling recruitment and exit processes, maintaining attendance records, and generating salaries. Your role will also involve ensuring that the HR department supports all employees while adhering to labor laws and ensuring smooth HR operations.**Key Responsibilities:**- Oversee new recruitment requirements- Create, publish, and remove job ads on different platforms such as job portals, social media, and the company website- Schedule job interviews for prospective candidates- Develop training materials and onboard new employees- Maintain and update company policies- Prepare, organize, and maintain personnel records, job offers, contracts, and employee documents- Handle travel documentations and process expense forms- Respond to employee queries on HR-related issues- Establish effective communication channels between employees and management- Manage office supplies, equipment, and place orders- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets- Maintain and update company databases- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents- Answer queries from employees and clients- Update office policies as required- Maintain a company calendar, schedule appointments, and organize events- Distribute and store correspondence such as letters, emails, and packages- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned**Qualifications:**- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR & admin officer- Non-IT background preferred- Thorough knowledge of labor laws- Strong communication skills- Experience with spreadsheets- Organizational skills- Proficiency in MS Office- Excellent interpersonal skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detailIf you are interested in applying for this role, please send your updated CV to [email protected] with the following details:a.
