Job Description

    You are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong recruitment background and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Non-IT hiring. Your primary responsibilities will include end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, stakeholder management, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and general HR activities.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage the entire recruitment cycle.- Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs.- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels.- Advertise job openings across multiple platforms.- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further assessments.- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.- Manage candidate expectations to ensure a smooth hiring experience.- Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.- Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices.- Assist new hires during the onboarding process.- Proficiently use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.- Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.- Administer performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.- Support learning and development activities.- Manage HR metrics, reporting, and audits.**Key Requirements:**- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hardcore recruitment.- Strong exposure to corporate sales and operations.- Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and deadlines.- Excellent sourcing skills (including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking).- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.,
