Job Description

    You will be responsible for the position of Assistant Manager in the Human Resources department at Alidac Plant, Matoda, Ahmedabad. As an Assistant Manager, you will report to the Manager and play a critical role in the team. Your primary focus will be on HR Generalist activities, including employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR analytics, recruitment, and staffing.In the role of Assistant Manager, you will act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts effectively. You will be involved in implementing performance appraisal systems, tracking employee performance, and providing feedback to support managers. Additionally, you will work on strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention within the organization.Your role will also involve preparing HR reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights that can drive decision-making. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new employees, and collaborating with department heads to meet the organizations staffing needs effectively.To qualify for this position, you must hold an MBA in HR and have at least 5 to 10 years of experience, including 2 years of experience at Zydus. You should possess knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management to excel in this role.
