Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be working as an Assistant Manager in the Human Resources department at Alidac Plant, Matoda, Ahmedabad. Your role will be critical and you will be responsible for HR Generalist activities.Key Responsibilities:- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promote a positive workplace culture, and address conflicts or issues.- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems, provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues, and track employee performance.- Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.- Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data to extract meaningful insights and trends.- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring. Coordinate with department heads for understanding job requirements and complete the recruitment cycle.
