They combine technical expertise & a team of Highly skilled workforce to provide life cycle power solutions, optimizing plant performance and their customers progress.Role: HR HeadIndustry: Power PlantYears of experience: 15-20 years (from Industrial Sector preferably Power Plant sector)Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMOffice Location: AhmedabadEducation: MBA in HRAnnual Salary: INR 14 - 18 LPAPrimary Responsibilities Eligible candidate must have 15 years of experience. Will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering compensations and benefits, enforcing company policies and practices, talent management, performance evaluation, identifying training needs, compliance, and worker safety. Must be able to manage the crossover between different HR duties and other departments.
