This role is ideal for fresh graduates or postgraduates in HR who are eager to kickstart their careers in Human Resources. As an HR Operations Trainee, you will be involved in various HR activities, administrative tasks, and employee engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Assist in HR administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping. Support attendance tracking and leave management. Help in organizing and executing employee engagement activities. Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes. Assist in asset management and ensure proper allocation of company resources. Coordinate with different teams for smooth HR operations. Maintain HR data and reports with accuracy.
