Ensures the smooth implementation of all recruitment processes and systems in order to facilitate hiring and induction at the bank. Ability to maintain a demanding travel schedule and work long-hours Responsible for developing and maintaining crucial client relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers and candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop search strategies (recruitment trends, target companies, sourcing techniques, job boards, etc.) and overall staffing needs. Proactively identifying and recruiting passive candidates, and building a robust pipeline. Assuring all the assigned positions are closed within the hiring TAT Obtaining all critical candidate information (experience, salary, motivations, fit for role).Coordinating with new recruit and onboarding team for good hiring experience. Coordination with all departments for induction, sales training & performance improvement training.
