Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Human Resources & Business Development Executive at Intorque, you will play a vital role in Human Resource Development, Business Development, HR & Client Management, and Employer Branding tasks. This full-time on-site position in Ahmedabad requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Utilize Human Resource Development and Business Development skills effectively- Demonstrate knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently- Handle both HR and Business Development Executive responsibilities- Generate leads, source candidates, and conduct interviews- Manage employment tasks such as leave, attendance, and performance management- Take charge of operations after the companys directorQualifications Required:- Proactive individual with strong Human Resource Development and Business Development skills- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Willingness to work flexible hours and handle responsibilities beyond typical 9 to 5 job- Openness to work within the salary criteria of 12k-20k, with exceptional professionals offered up to 20k- Willingness to be flexible with timings due to occasional meetings- Ability to relocate or work from the designated location without any issues- Openness to family opinions and willingness to bring a family member along for the interview decision-making processPlease confirm your agreement to the above terms to proceed with your application for further consideration.,
