Job Description

    You will be responsible for coordinating with the accounts department for reconciliations and billing queries. Additionally, you will visit local hardware shops, construction material stores, and related businesses to introduce and promote the brand. Building and maintaining relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers in the real estate and construction industry will be part of your role. Distributing brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials to targeted offline locations and identifying potential business leads during field visits are key responsibilities. You will actively represent the brand at offline locations to ensure high visibility and brand recall. Coordinating with the internal team for follow-up on leads generated through offline outreach and tracking daily visits, interactions, and outcomes in a structured report are also part of your duties.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field along with at least 3 years of experience in collections and/or offline marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills, good organizational and time management abilities, as well as proficiency in MS Office and basic marketing tools are essential qualifications. A proven track record in sales and business development, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify client needs and develop customized solutions are highly desirable. Experience in the building materials and construction chemicals industry is a plus.
