Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Engage with potential customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Present product offerings, demonstrate value, and negotiate prices with customers
• Close sales and achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets
• Follow up with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage customer accounts and update customer information in the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strategize and improve sales tactics
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitors
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
