Job Description

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads by researching prospective clients, schools, universities, and education-related organizations.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Sales & Product Presentation:
  • Present educational products or services to potential clients through phone calls, video meetings, and email communication.
  • Articulate product benefits, features, and value propositions clearly and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Offer tailored solutions that align with the educational institutions goals and objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions, including administrators, directors, and teachers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns regarding educational products or services.
  • Manage inbound leads and inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth sales process.
