Job Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the companys key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. To do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.Responsibilities1.Audit Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external audits related to real estate transactions, financial statements, and operational processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions.2. MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for real estate projects and financial performance. Generate timely and accurate reports to aid decision-making processes for senior management. Analyze data trends, variances, and key performance indicators to. provide actionable insights.3. Budgeting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for real estate projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Work closely with various departments to gather relevant financial information for budget preparation. Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis reports.4. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis on real estate investments, assessing profitability, return on investment, and risk factors. Provide recommendations for optimizing financial performance and mitigating potential risks.5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless coordination in financial processes. Foster effective communication and information sharing across departments.6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the audit, MIS reporting, and budgeting functions. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.Qualifications ICWA / CMA 3 years experience Strong verbal or written communication skills,
