Job Description

    Role Overview:As an International Travel Consultant at Akshar Travels USA, you will be catering to US-based clients during Indian nighttime, aligning with US business hours. Your main responsibilities will include planning, booking, and providing support for comprehensive travel experiences focused on US-bound travel, documentation, and delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets. Provide tailored travel advice for US destinations and itineraries.- Create personalized trip plans including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Coordinate bookings through airlines, hotels, and partners.- Guide clients through visa, immigration, travel insurance, and related paperwork for destinations such as the US, Schengen, OCI, etc.- Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling travel services, packages, and add-ons. Track performance metrics and contribute to achieving business goals.- Provide proactive support and problem resolution during trips, such as delays or cancellations. Follow up post-travel to build client relationships and ensure loyalty.- Stay updated on travel trends, US destination insights, and policy changes.
