    IT Sales Specialist (B2B SaaS/ERP/CMMS Sales)Location: AhmedabadExperience Required: 2-5 YearsJob Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team, specializing in selling ERP, CMMS, software products (not hardware), and IT services. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B sales and will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving the sales process from lead qualification to deal closure.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, email outreach, and inbound inquiries. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline by identifying key prospects, scheduling product demos, and tracking progress. Client Engagement: Understand client needs, present software solutions (ERP, CMMS, etc.), and explain the value proposition of our products and services. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our ERP, CMMS, and software solutions, and be able to articulate how they meet specific customer needs. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and improve conversion rates. Proposal Development: Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to customer requirements. Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up. CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and status updates in the CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Qualifications: Experience: 2 years of inside sales experience, particularly in selling ERP, CMMS, software products, or IT services. B2B Focus: Proven experience in B2B software or IT services sales. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of ERP systems, CMMS, and IT solutions. CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM software for managing sales leads and activities. Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with software sales cycles (ERP, CMMS, or IT services) and customer decision-making processes. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. Knowledge of industry trends in ERP, CMMS, or related software solutions.,
