Job Description

    Manager - Digital MarketingKey Responsibilities: - Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising. - Drive brand visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition initiatives. - Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative marketing campaigns. Campaign Management & Optimization: - Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. - Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs, conversion metrics, and ROI analysis. - Continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven insights and experimentation. Content & Conversion Optimization: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling digital content and high-converting landing pages. - Ensure content aligns with business objectives and lead generation goals. - Optimize user journeys and conversion funnels to improve engagement and conversion rates. SEO & Performance Marketing: - Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic. - Manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms. - Monitor keyword performance, competitor activities, and market trends. Social Media & Brand Building: - Drive brand awareness and engagement across key social media platforms. - Oversee content planning, publishing, and performance tracking. - Implement social campaigns that support lead generation and business objectives. Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: - Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns. - Build lead nurturing workflows to improve engagement and conversion rates. - Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights. Revenue & Analytics: - Analyze customer journeys and marketing performance data. - Track marketing-attributed revenue and optimize customer acquisition costs. - Generate actionable reports and recommendations for leadership. Team & Budget Management: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals. - Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively. - Ensure optimal utilization of resources to maximize ROI. Desired Candidate Profile: - 5-7 years of digital marketing experience. - Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT Services/Software industry. - Proven experience managing and leading a team of 10 members. - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation. - Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar marketing automation platforms. - Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
