Job Description

Position PurposeDrive value chain partnerships across crops commodities.Create end to end crop and seed treatment solutions.Improve grower income across domestic and global markets.Ensure sustainability, quality assurance, and traceability.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Steer food value chain: Expand initiatives to multiple crops and key accounts with full accountability for the business.Build a partnership: Initiate collaborations with food chain and manage external stakeholder relationships.Plant Protection: Design sustainable crop protection methods tailored to food value chain needs.Commercial alignment: Partner with sales and marketing teams on rollout strategies.Seed treatment growth: Boost seed treatment products through value chain projects at the commercial unit level.Seed Growth Base: Connect with regional seed companies and set up treatment hubs with corporate retail.
