Job Description

    You should have a Diploma/B.E./M.E. in Mechanical engineering with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the same service and machine project work. It is essential to possess good communication skills along with sound knowledge of Excel and reporting.You will be required to travel for 15-20 days for machine installation and commissioning at client sites, and the timings are not fixed. A complete knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D design is a must for this role.Your responsibilities will include handling machine project work from design to final machine assembly, managing machine/project assembly teams, overseeing machine installation and commissioning, and handling service calls for different clients. You should be able to understand clients requirements and effectively solve their queries regarding machine service and maintenance at client places. Maintaining service reports and effectively communicating and coordinating with clients to build and manage client relationships are key aspects of this role.This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance, day shift schedule, and performance bonuses. The required education level is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and a minimum of 1 year of total work experience is necessary. Proficiency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
