Job Description

    As a Medical Oncologist DM DNB Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with cancer. Your expertise and decision-making will directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to the advancement of medical oncology.- Conduct thorough patient assessments- Develop comprehensive treatment plans- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments- Monitor patient responses to treatment- Participate in clinical research- Contribute to medical advancements in oncology- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient careTo qualify for this position, you must:- Hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Oncology- Have Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Medical Oncology- Possess a valid state medical license- Be board certified in medical oncology- Have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in medical oncology- Have a proven track record in managing complex oncology cases- Have experience in participating in or leading clinical research projectsYour role will also involve:- Ensuring accurate and detailed medical record keeping- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in medical oncology through continuous learning- Providing education and support to patients and their families- Participating in tumor board meetings and other collaborative discussions- Contributing to quality improvement initiatives- Developing and implementing oncology protocols and guidelines- Engaging in professional development activities while mentoring junior staffStrong clinical decision-making abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical software, a commitment to patient-focused care and continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment are essential for this role.
