Backend Development: Build and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js, and related frameworks. Frontend Development: Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js. Familiarity with Next.js and Vue.js is a plus. Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for large-scale data handling. Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage applications on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) for scalable and reliable performance. Containerization: Use Docker for application containerization and ensure smooth deployment across environments. Team Leadership & Communication: Lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and maintain clear communication with clients to gather requirements and ensure delivery satisfaction. Performance Optimization: Improve application speed, scalability, and security to ensure high availability and excellent user experience. Agile Collaboration: Work in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and delivering consistent, high-quality results. AI Integration: Collaborate on AI features such as chatbots, recommendation systems, sentiment analysis, or content generation using tools like OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.Required Skills & Experience Node.js: 2 years of hands-on experience with scalable backend development. React.js & Next.js: Strong expertise in building modern frontends, including SSR and SSG. Database Expertise: Solid experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, including schema design and performance tuning. Cloud Platforms: Proficient in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) for hosting and scaling applications. Docker: Deep understanding of containerization with Docker; familiarity with orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
