Job Description

    Job Summary :We are seeking an experienced MS SQL Database Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our SQL databases, ensuring high performance, availability, and security. You will work closely with software developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to create efficient database solutions that support our business objectives.Key Responsibilities- **Database Design and Development:**- Design and implement database schemas, tables, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and indexes.- Optimize database structures and queries for performance and scalability.- **Database Management:**- Monitor, maintain, and tune database performance.- Perform regular database backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures.- Ensure data integrity and security.- **Collaboration and Support:**- Work with application developers to integrate database solutions.- Provide technical support for database-related issues.- Assist in the development of best practices and guidelines for database design and development.- **Data Analysis and Reporting:**- Develop complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or other reporting tools.- **Continuous Improvement:**- Stay current with new database technologies and techniques.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to database development and management.Qualifications- **Education and Experience:**- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MS SQL Database Developer.-Technical Skills- Proficient in MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL programming.- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).- Familiarity with database design principles, data modeling, and normalization.- Knowledge of performance tuning and query optimization techniques.- Experience with database security and data protection principles.Soft Skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud-based SQL databases (e.g., Azure SQL Database).- Knowledge of other database management systems (e.g., MsSQL).- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.,
