Job Description

    As a Network Architect Engineer at Cloud24x7, you will be an integral part of the Global SOC team, responsible for monitoring the health and security of our partner clients networks. Your role involves designing, testing, and inspecting network systems, as well as managing technical network solutions and frameworks. You will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting a vast partner base with professional proposals, design documentation, and security countermeasures. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:- Performing network planning, modeling, and analysis- Troubleshooting to diagnose common network problems- Installing and maintaining hardware such as firewalls, routers, and switches- Upgrading existing network components- Managing multiple technology vendorsQualifications required for this role include:- Engineers Degree in Computer Science or IT related field- Minimum 4 years of domain experience, with at least 2 years in network architecture and design- Strong knowledge of network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, proxy, and DHCP- Familiarity with security protocols like SDWAN, VPN, Firewall- Experience with security devices like Fortigate, Checkpoint, Watchguard- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills- Ability to work with international clients and business leadersDesirable qualifications and certifications include Network, Security, CCDA, CCDP, NSE4, NSE5, or equivalent firewall certifications.
