Job Description

    As a Network Architect Engineer at Cloud24x7, you will be part of the Global SOC team, where you will work collaboratively to monitor the security devices on our partners client networks. You will have the opportunity to work with a leading IT Security Services provider, supporting a diverse partner base in a dynamic technology landscape.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, test, and inspect network systems- Perform network planning, modeling, and analysis- Manage technical network solutions and frameworks- Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems- Install and maintain hardware such as firewalls, routers, switches, and wireless access points- Upgrade existing network components- Design, implement, and manage security countermeasures in response to network vulnerabilities- Develop and deliver professional proposals and design documentation- Manage relationships with multiple technology vendors**Qualifications Required:**- Engineers Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field- Minimum 2 years of network architecture and design experience, with a total of 4 years of domain experience- Knowledge of network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, proxy, and DHCP- Familiarity with security protocols like SDWAN, VPN, Firewall, etc.- Proficiency in security devices such as Fortigate, Checkpoint, Watchguard, etc.- Strong networking knowledge encompassing protocols, devices, commands, topologies, techniques, and best practices- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with relevant parties and international clients- Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently while adhering to organizational policies- Proficient troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate project schedulesIf applicable, desired criteria and education include certifications like Network, Security, CCDA, CCDP, NSE4, NSE5, or equivalent firewall certifications. Experience with international customers is highly desirable, along with advanced knowledge of the TCP and IP protocol suite, security architecture, and remote access security techniques and products.,
