Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Hashtechy is currently seeking a talented Odoo Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our Core IT service team in Ahmedabad. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create efficient and user-friendly solutions that optimize business processes.Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules according to business requirements. You will also work on integrating Odoo with external applications, managing data migration, providing technical support, and maintaining clear technical documentation for custom developments. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions, participate in Odoo upgrades, and ensure security best practices are followed.To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, along with hands-on experience in Odoo framework, ORM, module development, and PostgreSQL. Knowledge of Odoo front-end (XML/QWeb) and back-end (Python), as well as RESTful API integration and web services, is essential. You should have proven experience working with Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, and Manufacturing, and familiarity with Git and version control tools.In addition to technical skills, strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are required. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customizing Odoos user interface, improving UX, familiarity with Odoos community and enterprise editions, and knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) would be advantageous.
