Job Description

    Role Overview:As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for maintaining office files, documents, and assisting in printing/scanning work. You will also support in creating, updating, and managing records, whether physical or digital. Additionally, you will be coordinating with the warehouse team for stock movement documentation and assisting in preparing and managing invoices, delivery notes, or dispatch records. Communication with vendors or clients for routine follow-ups will also be a part of your responsibilities. Basic inventory checks and assisting with inward/outward documentation will be tasks you will handle. Ensuring the cleanliness and smooth functioning of the office premises, following internal procedures, and maintaining data confidentiality will also be crucial aspects of your role.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain office files, documents, and assist in printing/scanning work- Support in creating, updating, and managing records (physical or digital)- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock movement documentation- Assist in preparing and managing invoices, delivery notes, or dispatch records- Communicate with vendors or clients for routine follow-ups- Help in basic inventory checks and assist with inward/outward documentation- Ensure cleanliness and smooth functioning of office premises- Follow internal procedures and maintain data confidentialityQualification Required:- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Preferred)- Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in office/operations/logistics supportAdditional Details:The company offers benefits such as internet reimbursement. This is a full-time position suitable for fresher candidates. The work location is in person with a day shift schedule.Please note that basic knowledge of reading, writing, and record maintenance, willingness to support in both office and operational work, good coordination and teamwork abilities, and basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel) preferred or willingness to learn are the skills required for this role. Being responsible, punctual, and organized will also be advantageous in fulfilling the responsibilities effectively.,
