Plant Head - Textile IndustryThe Plant Head is responsible for the overall management and coordination of all plant operations in a textile manufacturing facility. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling production to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:- Oversee daily operations of the plant.- Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize production processes to meet production goals.- Implement and maintain production schedules and adjust schedules as needed.- Monitor production activities and adjust resources to meet production demands.Quality Control:- Ensure that all products meet or exceed quality standards.- Implement and manage quality control processes and procedures.- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished goods.- Address and resolve any quality issues that arise.Workforce Management:- Supervise and lead a team of production supervisors, technicians, and operators.- Recruit, train, and evaluate plant staff.- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.- Foster a positive and productive work environment.Health and Safety:- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.- Promote a culture of safety within the plant.- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.Budgeting and Cost Control:- Develop and manage the plants budget.- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.Process Improvement:- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.- Use lean manufacturing principles to optimize plant operations.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.Inventory and Supply Chain Management:- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of raw materials and finished goods.- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.Reporting:- Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, including production metrics, quality, safety, and financial performance.- Provide updates to senior management on plant operations and strategic initiativesInterested can send their updated resume to (hidden_email / WhatsApp No. hidden_mobile) & can call our HR Department for more details on given number hidden_mobile & hidden_mobile.
