Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled plant HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the companys objectives.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs.Develop and implement employer branding initiatives.Employee Relations & Engagement:Address employee grievances and manage conflict resolution.Promote employee engagement through recognition programs, feedback surveys, and team-building activities.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Performance Management:Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.Align employee objectives with organizational goals.Facilitate regular feedback and performance reviews.Training & Development:Identify and address training needs across the organization.Design and deliver employee development programs.Support succession planning and career development initiatives.Compensation & Benefits:Ensure compliance with compensation policies and legal requirements.Compliance & Legal:Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, Establishments Act ,etc ).Conduct regular audits for statutory compliance.Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: Food providedSchedule: Day shiftExperience: Employee relations: 1 year (Required) Human resources management: 1 year (Required)Work Location: In person,
