• Collect the customer purchase orders from Marketing and key into system.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels for generic formulations.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular capacity planning and resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Implement and maintain production scheduling systems to streamline operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of production planners to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings to provide input on production capabilities and constraints.
• Implement best practices to drive continuous improvement in production planning and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as USFDA, WHO, and ICH for generic pharmaceuticals.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that all products meet required quality standards.
• Manage and maintain effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
