Job Description

As a Product Owner at Yubi, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of financial solutions for businesses in the B2B financial domain. With over 8 years of experience, you will be a key player in driving the development and enhancement of our financial products tailored for business clients.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product strategy, aligning with business goals and market demands.- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing valuable insights for product development.- Clearly define and prioritize product features to meet the requirements of B2B clients and contribute to overall product success.- Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones and timelines for product releases.- Work closely with UX/UI teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, enhancing the overall user experience for business customers.- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment between product development and business objectives.- Understand and mitigate potential risks associated with product development, compliance, and market changes in the B2B financial landscape.- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance to optimize features and user engagement.Qualifications:- 8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the B2B financial services sector.- Strong understanding of financial products and services.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable language.- Experience in the implementation of integrations with internal and 3rd party client systems.- Experience with agile development methodologies.,
