Job Description

    As a Project Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects in a high-rise setting. You will be expected to ensure compliance with codes, practices, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) policies, performance standards, and specifications. Additionally, you will interact with clients daily to understand their needs, oversee quality control, assign responsibilities, and provide technical support to the project team.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects- Monitor compliance with codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and specifications- Interact with clients to understand their needs and represent them in the field- Perform overall quality control of work, report on project status, and mentor project team- Cooperate effectively with project manager and other participants, review engineering deliverables, and take corrective actions as neededQualifications Required:- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in a reputed real estate firm in Ahmedabad- Proficiency in design and visualization software like AutoCAD and advanced MS Office skills- Familiarity with regulations, best practices, and performance standards- Ability to manage multiple discipline projects, possess project management and supervision skills- Strong decision-making, leadership, time management, and organization skills- Current engineer license and a degree in Engineering or a relevant field,
