Job Description

    As a Scrum Master Project Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading multiple Agile project teams. Your responsibilities will include:- Facilitating and leading Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.- Managing up to 45 projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with business goals.- Working closely with Product Owners to maintain clear, prioritized backlogs and sprint objectives.- Identifying and removing impediments to foster team autonomy and ownership.- Tracking and reporting on project progress, sprint metrics, and delivery timelines.- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication across all teams.- Coaching teams and individuals in Agile principles and continuous improvement practices.- Coordinating dependencies and aligning delivery across cross-functional teams.To be successful in this role, you should have:- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 6-10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.- Proven ability to manage multiple Agile teams or projects concurrently.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.- Excellent facilitation, leadership, and communication skills.- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.Additionally, preferred qualifications include experience working in scaled Agile environments, exposure to DevOps and continuous delivery practices, and experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams.In addition to the exciting responsibilities and qualifications required for this role, we offer:- Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects.- Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.- Professional development and certification support.- Flexible and inclusive work environment.,
