Job Description

As an experienced candidate in the field of Solar EPC, you will be responsible for the end-to-end project execution of Solar On Grid & BESS EPC projects ranging from 500 kW to 10 MW capacities, whether its Rooftop or Ground Mount installations. Your tasks will include site survey, design, procurement, dispatch, liaisoning, and project commissioning. It will be your duty to manage the post-commissioning performance uptime and ensure the successful delivery of the project by ideating, executing, and overseeing all necessary activities. Additionally, you will be in charge of periodic and required reporting and building & maintaining the requisite project management & control team.Your skills in spoken and written English, people management, and ERP/MIS will be essential for excelling in this role. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about taking on challenges, willing to step out of their comfort zones, and committed to continuous self-improvement.To qualify for this position, you must hold a B.E. Electrical degree and possess a Govt. of Gujarat Supervisor License Certificate.
