Job Description

    As an experienced professional with over 7 years of experience in Industrial Automation sales or project execution, you will be responsible for understanding customers problem statements through various communication channels like email, calls, tenders, RFQs, and visits. Your key responsibilities will include preparing detailed architecture for proposed solutions utilizing PLC, VFD, Soft starter, or other instrumentation and automation components. You will design solutions for opportunities identified by the field sales team, ensuring the right product/platform selection for cost optimization.In this role, you will work closely with technical/execution teams, sales teams, and customers to coordinate and deliver effective solutions. You will be required to prepare diagrams, architectures, and BOMs as per project requirements, develop functional requirement specifications by engaging with stakeholders, and collaborate with vendors for instrument selection and costing. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing compliance statements for tenders, documenting client problems and feedback, and conducting comparisons with competitors specifications and solutions.The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong understanding of Instrumentation and Electrical engineering, along with knowledge of DOL starters, VFDs, sensors, actuators, and automation components. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be proficient in English and Hindi, and be willing to transition into a Technical Sales role. Additionally, you should stay updated with the latest technologies and develop relationships with new vendors to enhance the offerings of the organization.Your role will also involve building and delivering presentations and demonstrations of OSL offerings to customers, adhering to quality standards, recommending process improvements, and providing regular progress reports on opportunities.
