Job Description

    You are a proactive QA Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in software testing. You possess a strong foundation in both manual and automation testing and have knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Your experience includes utilizing modern testing tools and frameworks, and you are well-versed in agile methodologies and best practices for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on detailed project requirements. You will perform various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and system testing on web and mobile applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure product quality and effective test coverage. Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or GitHub Issues will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will use SQL to write and execute queries for effective database testing and validation. Automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Appium will be used for automating manual test cases for functional and regression testing. API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI will be utilized to ensure the robustness and performance of the API layer. You will also ensure quality across all stages of development and deployment by adhering to the latest Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Writing clear bug reports, test documentation, and providing feedback to developers will be crucial. Continuous improvement of test processes, frameworks, and best practices in line with industry advancements is expected. Ensuring that all tests meet security and performance standards while adhering to defined quality benchmarks is a priority.Your required skills include a strong understanding of manual testing principles, practical experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium, expertise in testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI, ability to write and execute complex SQL queries for database testing, experience working in Agile teams with exposure to CI/CD pipelines, proficiency in defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps, familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript, and strong collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.Nice-to-have skills include exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling, familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, experience with Containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, knowledge of security testing tools and techniques, and experience with Continuous Integration tools like Travis CI, CircleCI, or TeamCity.Join us for the opportunity to work with cutting-edge QA technologies and methodologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment, be part of a team that values quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle, and access continuous learning and professional development opportunities to expand your skill set.,
