Job Description

    ReactJS Next.js Tech LeadExperience Required: 5 -12 Years Job Locations: Bhubaneswar (BBSR), Kolkata, Ahmedabad (AHD), Bangalore (BLR) Employment Type: Full-Time | PermanentWe are hiring a seasoned ReactJS Next.js Technical Lead to head the development of high-performing web applications. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural vision, and leadership capability to drive frontend development in modern JavaScript frameworks.Key Responsibilities:
    • Architect, design, and lead the development of web applications using ReactJS and Next.js
    • Implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs with focus on performance and SEO
    • Leverage SSR (Server Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) capabilities in Next.js
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable architecture and deliver high-quality code
    • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
    • Optimize application performance, ensure test coverage, and enforce best practices
    • Manage and deliver projects in Agile/Scrum environments
    Must-Have Skills:
    • 512 years of experience in frontend development
    • Strong expertise in ReactJS and at least 2 years in Next.js
    • In-depth understanding of JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
    • Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management tools
    • Familiarity with modern styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Styled Components
    • RESTful and/or GraphQL API integration
    • Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and testing frameworks
    Good-to-Have Skills:
    • Cloud deployment experience (Vercel, AWS, Azure)
    • Exposure to headless CMS, micro frontends, and component-based architecture
    • Prior experience leading a team or mentoring developers
    • Understanding of accessibility, performance tuning, and SEO best practices
