    We have an urgent job opportunity for the position of Relationship Manager for LAP (Loan Against Property) product for NBFC clients in multiple locations:Job Title: Relationship Manager - LAP ProductReports to: Regional Head/ Zonal HeadLocation: - (Gujrat -Mumbai ) Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Vapi , Virar , Kalyan, ThaneJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to manage our LAP product for NBFC clients in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the LAP product, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective NBFC clients for LAP product- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for LAP product- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals- Provide product knowledge and training to clients and internal stakeholders- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of LAP applications- Meet and exceed monthly/ quarterly sales targets for LAP product- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedbackRequirements:- 06 - 4 years of experience in sales/ relationship management in the financial services industry (NBFC/ banking)- Strong knowledge of LAP product and its features- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Graduate/ Postgraduate degree in a relevant fieldDesired Skills:- Experience working with NBFC clients- Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics toolsIf Interested kindly share updated resume on nayantara@ksirius.comThanks & Regards, Nayantara PalLead Talent AcquisitionKsirius Consultants
