Relationship Manager-HL/LAP

Job Description

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire new HL and LAP customers through open market channels, Direct Sales Teams (DST), and direct marketing.
• Channel Partner Management: Build and nurture strong networks with local connectors, real estate brokers, Chartered Accountants (CAs), and Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
• Loan Processing: Guide prospective borrowers through eligibility checks, collect and verify documentation, and facilitate property valuations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal Credit, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth application processing and timely disbursals.
• Portfolio Quality & Compliance: Monitor accounts for timely EMI payments, assist collection teams if necessary, and ensure all files adhere to regulatory/internal credit guidelines.
• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products (e.g., insurance, credit cards) to existing mortgage clients.
