    Company DescriptionSince its Inception of Business, Shree Enermech has been one of the leading insulation service providers that includes hot, cold and acoustic insulation, having Headquarter at Ahmedabad and Branches across IndiaWith Over 10 Years in this field, we act as the multi-dimensional one-stop solution for all Insulation services on a Turnkey Basis.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad with Shree Enermech Pvt. Ltd. The Resident Construction Manager/Site Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, management, and coordination of all on-site activities, including safety compliance, inventory management, material procurement and logistics, subcontractor coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate should be able to plan and coordinate all construction activities within the allocated budget and timeline.Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in construction management, site supervising, site engineering. safety management, or storekeeping roles Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or any other related field Excellent knowledge of local and national building codes and safety regulations Good communication, decision-making, leadership, and team-management skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, and plans Comprehensive knowledge of project management and scheduling tools Capability to resolve complex problems, make sound decisions in a timely manner while under pressure Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), cloud-based file sharing and project management software, and the latest versions of design software tools like AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar will be preferred,
