Job Description

    As a Sales & Distribution personnel at Saathi, your role will involve developing and implementing sales & distribution plans for Saathi sanitary pads locally and internationally. You will be responsible for creating effective sales & marketing strategies for the stepwise launch of the product in the pan-Indian urban market. Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing and implementing a local and international sales & distribution plan for Saathi sanitary pads- Creating and executing effective sales & marketing strategies for the stepwise launch of the product in the pan-Indian urban market- Building relationships with distributors and establishing favorable terms of business- Attending local markets & exhibitions and collaborating with the Marketing team on various market communications initiatives- Meeting sales targets and devising a strategy to achieve themTo excel in this role, you are required to have:- Bachelors Degree (Commerce or Business Administration preferred)- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English- Minimum 4 years of experience in the FMCG Industry- At least 2 years of commercial experience in leading a Sales & Distribution function- Current experience in leading a sales function across consumer-related products- Strategic thinking abilities- Proven track record of building relationships with new customers and maximizing sales & margin returns- Understanding of competitive analysis and product knowledge- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments- Preference for an independently-led work styleBonus skills:- Knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteSaathi is a company focused on providing sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions.,
