Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the flexible packaging, ink manufacturing, or gravure industries. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.- Conduct regular sales visits to existing and potential clients to promote products and services. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations. - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.- Strong understanding of the flexible packaging, ink manufacturing, and gravure industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Identify and target new business opportunities within the flexible packaging, ink manufacturing, and gravure industries. - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. - Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
