Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager specializing in Building Materials to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the regions of Pune, Ahmedabad, Indore, and Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and a deep understanding of building materials, including wall panels, plywood, and laminate flooring.     • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building materials sector.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
    • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 4 to 9 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong knowledge of building materials, including wall panels, plywood, and laminate flooring.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
    This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 8,00,000. The work schedule is day shifts, and the work mode is on-site.
