    We Urgently require Sales Professionals for the below position for a Leading General Insurance Company.Designation: Sales Manager - Health InsuranceVertical: Agency VerticalCompany: General Insurance CompanyCTC: up to 5 LPA 3600 Fixed Monthly Petrol Allowance Incentives (Performance based)Location : Vadodara, Surat & AhmedabadJob Role:
    • Role include developing an effective agency channel in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat location.
    • Managing recruitment of advisors & wellness officers (Leaders)
    • Sales & Business development of health insurance products
    • Maintaining balance between sales & claims
    • Analyzing health insurance business potential
    • Arranging product training programs and awareness sessions and achievement of overall sales targets and executing sales promotional activities.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Min. 1-2 years of Experience in any agency (Health, Life or Motor) can be considered.
    • Graduation is must.
    • Age Up to 30 years.
    • Require local candidate.
    • Good Communication and interpersonal Skills.
    • Early Joiner would be preferred.
