Job Description

    As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business development for our clients in the areas of capital equipment, HRMS software, and SCM solutions. Your responsibilities will include proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, effectively managing client relationships, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with the clients team to ensure project success and client satisfaction.This is a unique opportunity for individuals with 0-3 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow their careers in the dynamic field of industrial sales. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home, the office, and client sites as required. Your work timing is flexible, but you are expected to fill the CRM with 8 hours of work activity.To be successful in this role, you should have 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or industrial sales environment. Good communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a foundational knowledge of industrial sales and operation systems are essential. While a bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred, it is not mandatory for a highly motivated individual.
