Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth across various sectors including IT, real estate, telecom, and FMCG. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in field sales and demonstrate a passion for achieving targets. With an annual salary of 5,00,000, this full-time position offers a hybrid work mode, allowing flexibility while maintaining a strong presence in the market.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets across multiple sectors.
    • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
    • Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities to management.
    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience in sales, preferably in IT, real estate, telecom, or FMCG sectors.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
    This position is open in multiple locations including Ahmedabad, Chennai, Mumbai City, and Bangalore.
