Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Full Stack Engineer at the company, your role will involve building lightning-fast micro-tools like email verifiers, SPF checkers, and domain testers to drive organic traffic, user acquisition, and revenue. You will work with technologies such as React Next.js and Node.js, focusing on SEO signals and collaborating closely with the growth team to transform ideas into high-ranking tools.Key Responsibilities:- Launch SEO-Optimized Tools That Rank (within 45 days) - Build and ship public tools using Next.js and Node.js APIs - Prioritize SEO basics like title tags, canonical URLs, robots.txt, and fast TTFB - Target to launch 2 new tools with crawlable pages that pass Core Web Vitals and get indexed within 30 days- Debug and Fix Indexing or Ranking Issues (within 60 days) - Use Google Search Console and Lighthouse to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing blocks, structured data issues, or page speed bottlenecks - Goal to improve average position of priority tool pages by at least 20% in 8 weeks- Optimize for Core Web Vitals (within 75 days) - Reduce LCP, FCP, and CLS using techniques like lazy loading, font preloading, JS splitting, or image compression - Aim to achieve Good scores for all Core Web Vitals on at least 80% of public pages- Build Analytics & SEO Tracking Foundation (within 90 days) - Integrate GA4, PostHog, or custom events for tracking user actions, funnel drop-offs, and conversion rates - Set up dashboards to monitor SEO health and define conversion goals for every toolQualifications Required:- Experience Level: 13 years- Tech Stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, MySQL, Lighthouse, Google Search ConsoleCompany Culture:The company values moving fast, testing bold ideas, and expects engineers to take ownership of performance and outcomes.
