Job DescriptionQualification And Experience:1. Should be from the Forces (Army, Navy, Air force) with 1 extensive work experience in handling Security in an ITES/BPO Industry.2. Should have extensive working knowledge of MS-Office3. Excellent oral and written communication skills4. Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with employees and partners5. Excel working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.6. Ability to rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals7. Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment.Administration & Facilities (BPO) :- Responsible for overall administrative activities of the company.- Should have good exposure in end-to-end Admin & Facility, security, budgeting, process management, housekeeping, compliance, space utilization, general administration.- Responsible for supervising administrative employees, planning, organizing and implementing systems and best practices.- Will also ensure to provide 24x7 secure, safe and conducive working atmospheres to all the employees and will ensure zero down time of the facility.Role & Responsibilities
• Managing the security of the premises.
• Secure entrance during non-operating hours.
• Foot patrol of the site. Inspection of exterior fencing checking for security breaches.
• Emergency Security Officer coverage. Emergency response (fire or other emergencies).
• Perform an inventory check on all the equipment at the beginning and end of their shift.
• Attended and resolve clients administrative & security compliance.
• Control all vehicles and visitors to the site. Log the listing of all vehicles, deliveries and visitors on the site.
• Ensuring safety environment on the premises. Prepare daily activity and incident reports.
• Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security. Responsible for guarding against encroachment and ensuring no any illegal activities is done thereon.
• Monitor CCTV, RFID, and Electronic surveillance. Approval of Goods Receipts and ensuring document compliance. Maintaining proper gate pass for material outward as well as inward
• Physical protection responsibilities will include asset protection, prevention. Liaison with Government officials statuary bodies including police etc at the local level and at locations where the company has its establishments.
• Liaison with local authorities like hospitals, BMC., etc.
• Checking of monthly attendance & invoice of contract vendor.
• Preparing reports, presentations as and when required.
